We have made the commitment and investment to allow everyone to enjoy the beauties of Ometepe and to participate in our mission for sustainable and responsible living. The restaurant/sitting area has ramped access as do the rooms on the second floor (even if you are not staying up here, the view of the lake is beautiful and it's a great place to read). For the day visitor or dorm user, there is a communal bathroom, shower, and sink designed for easy wheelchair use.
The trip can take between 30 to 45 minutes (this is a brainless activity) Safety equipment is provided (life vest), you luggage will be safe in our boat
Cost: $30.00 for 15 minutes for up to 4 persons ($7.50.00 each person), tourist can tube them self to the waterfall entrance and avoid the one hour walk to the entrance. Drop of only (4 km. distance) with 4 tubers at $7.50.00 each person.
Tubing from Charco Verde or San Jose del Sur to Hacienda Merida:
- $20.00 per person for two
- $15.50 per person for three
- $12.50.00 per person for 4 or more (max 4 tubers and one passenger)
